Our ticket office is conveniently located in Akureyri's city centre, just minutes' walking distance from most accommodations in town. All major bus lines stop at Glerárgata / Ráðhús, where you can reach us by foot within 2 minutes.

By Car:

Traveling by car provides you with freedom to stop and stretch your legs at any point while driving past the beautiful Icelandic scenery and sights along the way and flexibility in case of sudden weather changes. Driving from RVK-AEY via route 1 is about 4-5 hrs. and once you reach us you can park your car right next to our office free of charge.

By Cruise Ship:

The cruise terminal is within 5-7 min. walking distance to our office and where we depart from. The floating pier where we dock our boats is just behind Hof Conference and Culture Centre in the heart of Akureyri. We do not offer pick-up service, but our crew can help to arrange a taxi if needed through BSO +354 461 1010

By Plane:

Akureyri Airport is about 5-6 minutes’ drive from the city centre and our offices downtown. IcelandAir offers direct flights to and from Akureyri with the domestic airport in Reykjavík. The total duration of a one-way journey is only about 30-45 min. To reach our office you can take a walk that will take 40-45 min. or order a Taxi through BSO +354 461 1010
