Happy new year!
Bit cloudy today but much calmer than last year. We sailed out and already during the safety briefing we spotted 3 whales in front of us. we spent about an hour with them before we went for a small loop around the fjord. In total we encountered 5 Humpback Whales, a group of 3 and one couple that went seperate ways later on. All the whales were just outside of Akureyri.
