Hello all whale enthusiasts,

Today the weather was cold with light rain and snow showers.

We went north, to our whale friends... Northern Fulmars accompanied us on the way. We found a Humpback Whale south of Hjalteyri… It first travelled further north, where we had the opportunity to see it more often... But then it showed us its tail and dove into deeper waters. It took a few minutes before we could see our Humpback Whale again… This time right in front of the boat, where had a chance to see our whale friend better... On the way back we saw Harbour Porpoises, which surfaced behind our boat and a Minke Whale near Svalbardseyri... So today we had the opportunity to see exactly three different kinds of whales... What a wonderful day… We are already looking forward to further experiences with our whale friends…
